On August 11, 2021, the Marketing Headquarters of Shenzhen Siteda Technology Co., Ltd launched an outdoor team building activity with the theme of "Unite as one, move forward, pursue excellence, top-notch". This activity has played a good role in promoting team cohesion and strengthening communication and exchanges among team members.

This outdoor development training was held at the Xunliao Geehai Outdoor Development Training Base, which mainly included archery training, real CS battle and team outdoor development training. "On the morning of August 11th, all the staff set off on time and gathered at 9:30. Our staff determined the teams to conduct PK in the live CS field battle and archery activities. Throughout the game, the teams were highly cooperative, fighting side by side and sharing the joy of victory. Through the real CS activities, the determination and willpower of the staff were enhanced to different degrees, and the awareness of positive communication, mutual trust and solidarity was strengthened.

After this team building activity,, all the staff of the company felt the positive cultural atmosphere , moreover, it reflected the humanistic concept of the company caring for the staff, deepened the unity and communication between the staff, enriched the knowledge and interest of the corporate culture, and harvested the positive energy of upward mobility.
